The escalation of Israeli attacks on Gaza and the destruction of homes and towers: the hidden objectives and repercussions of these aggressions.
The systematic destruction of homes and residential towers constitutes a core part of the Israeli strategy. Satellite images released by the media show that since August 2025, more than 1,800 buildings in the vicinity of Gaza City have been destroyed or damaged.

According to the news website Sedaye Sama, in recent days, the Israeli entity has intensified its attacks on the Gaza Strip, particularly Gaza City, including airstrikes, artillery shelling, and the systematic destruction of homes and towers. These attacks have resulted in tens of thousands of casualties and injuries and have displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians.
These assaults aim to destroy Hamas, fully occupy Gaza City, alter the demographic composition, and carry out ethnic cleansing—objectives that analysts say go beyond military goals. The occupation authorities ordered the evacuation of over one million people, yet only around 300,000 left the city, while Palestinians continue their resistance.
Warnings have been issued regarding the risks of a ground offensive for the lives of soldiers and Israeli captives, as well as the failure of the “Gideon Vehicles 2” operation to eliminate Hamas.
Economic experts have also cautioned about the consequences of the occupation, including an economic crisis, brain drain, declining production, and the cost of administering Gaza, which exceeds 60 billion shekels.
The Palestinian Media Office confirmed that the real objective of the Israeli entity is mass extermination and forced displacement of the population, and that the destruction of towers and schools is part of this plan.
