“Let us listen to the men, not to the boys!”

✍️ Mujahid al-Suraymi — Sana’a

Our martyrs: men who perfected the beginnings and adhered to steadfastness and continuity in the serious movement toward achieving the hoped-for aims behind their rising for the Most Merciful, striving in His cause; thus for many the end was being killed in the way of God—the full manifestation of the greatest men who bore a spirit that their bodies could not contain, who spoke with a tongue beyond the full grasp of human reason, and who put forth ideas that bewildered the wise and the philosophers. Thus victory spread its singular wings over the defeated world, and opened an endless horizon for displaying the “signs of God” before every eye that seeks the truth. And what truth could remain outside the domain of the martyrs’ movement, those present from the start in the “realm of martyrdom” and attached to the “unseen world” — they are of the Kingdom; in the realm of the human (the incarnate world) they were like revelation made flesh, clothed in flesh and bone, the written Book taking on the form of a human walking the earth. Therefore they were a clear sign of truth for people (within the souls) as well as the embodiment of its signs, landmarks, and foundations across the horizons. So every path that does not begin with them is misguidance; every stance that does not originate through them is falsehood; every movement, word, or deed that does not have them as its reference and foundation is evil, corruption, and a turning-back.

The martyr has gained the best bargain from God, after which he endowed his society and his nation and those who remain true to their covenant with him — to continue until appearance and empowerment — with honor, strength, and a dignified free life that rejects humiliation, abasement, submission, and surrender; whose owners refuse to live crushed before tyrants and the arrogant. And if their means narrow in the field of confronting these foes, they take death as a weapon to subdue and remove them from existence.

So come, let us listen to them, once we purify our hearing from the confusions of the “media youths” who in any measure contributed to undermining the credibility of the word emitted on the battlefield of the “promised conquest,” and who by their recklessness created a wide chasm between the audience and the men of the “holy jihad.”
Let us say: the blood of our martyrs suffices to create a genuine media front; a front that views killing in the way of God as a source of pride, honor, and divine commendation — not grounds for silence and retreat — and that takes whatever is necessary to prove the opposite of what has occurred.

Let us muzzle the pens of those afflicted by the “seizure of fame” and prevent the mouths overflowing with the blindness of insight — which present themselves in the name of Yemen of the Ansar via the gates of media or politics — from entering; they have cost us much and were never disciplined by the measure of awareness nor in harmony with the movement of reality. Their eyes pursue illusions and their materials are closer to mirage; if they lied they defamed the truthful, and if they hid behind caution they revealed their faults. They were guided neither by the leader of the revolution nor illuminated by the Qur’an.

Closed hearts and light minds, by reason of their inner emptiness, have destroyed the most important thing that would have shielded the public from the enemy’s media penetration.
But they will not veil the signs that God revealed by the hands of men — not boys; men who believed….
