Iran Energy Export Federation to Implement $100 Million Investment Project in Afghanistan

According to the Sedaye Sama News Agency, A cooperation memorandum was signed between the Iran Energy Export Federation and the Afghanistan Construction Companies Union, valued at $100 million, on the sidelines of the Imam Abu Hanifa Exhibition.
The memorandum was signed by Hamidreza Salehi, Chairman of the Iran Energy Export Federation, and Habibi, Chairman of the Afghanistan Construction Companies Union, for a period of five years and a total value of $100 million.
Salehi stated that the agreement aims to promote collaboration among the federation’s member companies in various defined areas, including engineering cooperation and, if necessary, participation in project financing.
In addition, an agreement was signed to construct a 100 MW solar power plant worth $40 million by the investor as the project executor.
