Conclusion of a Joint Cooperation Memorandum between Sama Strategic Institute and Energy Industries Laboratories Company (EPIL)

According to Sedaye Sama News Agency, a joint cooperation memorandum was signed between Sama Strategic Institute of Ganjineh Yaran and Energy Industries Laboratories Company (EPIL) on February 22, 2026 (Iranian calendar), at the premises of Sama Strategic Institute.

This memorandum was concluded with the aim of developing joint cooperation in scientific, research, technological, educational, legal, and contractual fields, utilizing the specialized, experiential, and institutional capacities of both parties.

Under the terms of this agreement, the parties emphasized synergy, convergence, and enhanced coordination in their shared areas of activity, and will strive to take effective steps toward improving the business environment and organizing legal and contractual affairs.

Additionally, the provision of specialized services—including arbitration, mediation, litigation follow-up, and legal and jurisprudential consulting—in cooperation with individuals, legal entities, organizations, institutions, and governmental and non-governmental bodies, has been identified as a key of this memorandum.
