IRGC Message to the People of Kuwait: Your Land Must Not Be a Safe Haven for Terrorists
According to Sedaye Sama News, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued Statement No. 32 addressed to the people of Kuwait, claiming that an American early-warning radar system, an aviation equipment warehouse, and an MQ-9 drone hangar at Ali Al Salem Air Base were struck in a recent drone operation.
In the statement, the IRGC’s Public Relations Office said that parts of Kuwait’s territory have long hosted U.S. military forces, which it accused of using the bases for military operations against Iran and other Muslim countries.
The statement further claimed that 140 days earlier, the United States launched military operations against Iran from these bases, resulting in the deaths of civilians, including schoolchildren, and senior Iranian figures.
The IRGC urged the people of Kuwait not to allow their country to serve as a base for what it described as “terrorist” military operations, calling on them to prevent Kuwaiti territory from being used for attacks against Muslim nations.
According to the statement, during the 22nd wave of Operation Nasr-2, Iranian forces carried out drone strikes targeting what they described as a U.S. early-warning radar system, an aviation equipment warehouse, and an MQ-9 drone hangar at Ali Al Salem Air Base, claiming that several drones were destroyed.
The statement concluded by calling on the people of Kuwait to prevent their country’s territory from being used as a launching point for military operations against Muslim countries.
