The Problem of Global Powers Is Iran’s Corridor, Not Iran Itself
Strengthening Ethnic Communities as an Economic Opportunity

Ahmad Molaei, CEO of Sama International Holding and International Trade Expert
At a time when the global and free economy has lost much of its original nature and the lack of coherent economic spaces is increasingly felt, it is essential—through historical awareness—to guide the wise individuals of the diverse ethnic communities spread across Iran toward choosing the right path. These communities constitute key pillars of our national security. By strengthening their economic foundations and creating structured organizations within various ethnic groups—across economic, political, cultural, and social dimensions, and based on their geographical positions and unique capabilities—it is possible to achieve economic growth and productivity without restrictive regulations.
Through the establishment of people-based responsibility systems, cooperative and rural enterprises, the creation of domestic and international road belts based on an indigenous, non-Western model, and the revival of a people-centered and youth-driven economy, a fundamentally different economic experience can emerge. By trusting these capacities and uncovering opportunities we could scarcely have imagined, we can arrive at outcomes that connect what exists today with what could be tomorrow.
History is rich with wisdom.
These ethnic communities, through their determination and perseverance, will manage these spaces in such a way that it is as if they are defining the future rather than retreating from it.
Strengthening ethnic communities across Iran—particularly in the economic sphere—will lead global economic leaders to turn to us for solutions to decisive challenges in strategic management, information technology, analytics, the development of multiple corridors, and cybersecurity. Our unique approach, grounded in empowering ethnic communities, can contribute to reshaping management practices and the emerging economic order at national and international levels through structuring, coordination, and the creation of sustainable outcomes.
The advantages of an ethnicity-based economy include facilitating business operations, securing production-to-market supply chains, accelerating licensing processes, reducing establishment costs, ensuring fast and secure returns, and revitalizing small-scale trade.
Undoubtedly, this path will involve internal and international challenges and conflicts. However, by reforming laws, updating regulatory frameworks, learning from the experiences of other nations, and adhering to the Leader’s directives outlined in the “Second Phase Statement,” progress is achievable.
What Will Set Us Apart?

2. Innovation in delivering integrated solutions, and redefining our capabilities through a selected ecosystem of leading global innovators, can pave the way toward better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes—serving as a key factor in sound decision-making at national and transnational levels.
3. A unique participatory culture that fosters a fresh perspective, mutual trust, and contagious energy—acting as the software layer for entering the structures and organizations of national and international relationships, and creating a distinct experience within collaborative workspaces.
Instead of making all roads pass through us, we must ensure that all roads lead to us.
Iran is the civilization of routes.
