Iran Extends All Special Wartime Permits and Deadlines Until Late September

According to Sedaye SAMA News Agency, under a directive issued on July 27 by Kamel Taghavi-Nejad, Secretary of Iran’s Cabinet, and addressed to members of the Council of Ministers, all special permits and deadlines introduced to facilitate governance and address issues arising from the military attacks by Israel and the United States have been extended until the end of September 2026 (end of Shahrivar 1405 in the Iranian calendar).

The directive, issued following discussions at the Cabinet meeting held on July 22, states:

“All permits and deadlines established to ensure the effective management of affairs and to address issues resulting from the aggression of the Zionist regime and the United States against the country are extended until the end of Shahrivar 1405.”

Accordingly, all special resolutions, permits, and administrative deadlines previously adopted to facilitate government operations and manage wartime conditions will remain valid until the end of September.
