The Telegraph: Mourning Iranians Called for Revenge Against Their Enemies

According to Sedaye Sama News, The Telegraph, referring to the large crowds attending the funeral procession of Iran’s martyred leader, described the massive public turnout as a sign of Ayatollah Khamenei’s popularity and social influence.
The newspaper wrote that, while some observers in the West had expected domestic unrest and internal fragmentation in Iran, people instead took to the streets to bid him farewell.
The Telegraph’s report also noted the attendance of delegations from around 100 countries, which, according to the newspaper, reflected the international dimension of the ceremony and Iran’s political standing in the region and beyond.
