Iran’s Oil Exports Reach 19 Ports Worldwide Aboard 154 Tankers

According to Sedaye Sama News, under one of the U.S. sanctions laws targeting the Islamic Republic of Iran, the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is required to periodically publish reports on the status of Iran’s oil exports.
In a recently released report, the agency, which is affiliated with the U.S. Department of Energy, implicitly acknowledged that U.S. sanctions have not succeeded in halting Iran’s oil exports to global markets.
154 Vessels Transported Iranian Oil and Condensate
The report states that during 2025, Iranian crude oil and condensate were transported by 154 vessels worldwide, indicating, according to the report, that shipping companies have continued transporting Iranian oil despite U.S. sanctions.
Iranian Oil Reached 19 Ports Worldwide
According to Eghtesad-e Moaser, 19 ports in four countries received Iranian crude oil and condensate during the past year.
Iranian crude oil and petroleum condensate were shipped to ports in China, Malaysia, Singapore, and the United Arab Emirates.
Chinese ports accounted for the largest share of destinations for Iranian oil exports. During the previous calendar year, Iran exported crude oil or condensate to 13 ports in China.
